Boom version is behind for Hapi 16 #94

The latest version of Hapi uses Boom 5.x.x but Inert requires 4.x.x

This causes an error "TypeError: Boom.boomify is not a function" if you try and use inert with Hapi 16 as the documentation states.

While I don't mind updating the boom dependency, your error is caused by a corrupt node_modules folder.
