Usage

usage: prokka2vcontact.py [-h] [-v] [--version] [-o OUTPUT] [-c] prokka_dir

Converts Prokka output into a form for vContact2

positional arguments:
  prokka_dir            Path to directory of Prokka output

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -v, --verbose         verbose output
  --version             show program's version number and exit
  -o OUTPUT, --output OUTPUT
                        output prefix
  -c, --csv             generate as csv
