orders 这张表的调整 #411

这是我个人的一个心得记录，而且目前不用调整，所以大家不必关心。

orders 这张表里面的 notifiy_id 和 _time 其实都没用。安全验证的时候虽然要用到但是根本不用存到 db 中。

另外 course_id 有了，那么存课程名称和价格也略显多余（当然不排除未来课程名称或者价格会有调整，不存价格未来就不能算清我到底收了多少钱）

总之，有些东西可有可无，未来如果这些东西构成了开发障碍，就把它们删了。暂时 ain't broken, don't fix.
