Describe your new command
Unlocks the specified unlockable for the current profile.

Use cases
We are a cheats suite, we already make the achievements easier. We might as well go all the way.

Configurable(.cfg? & command) disable achi/unlocks

Is this the case any longer? Are we for cheating, or debugging, and do unlockables need to be debugged?

I'm still in dubio if I want to pursue this. Perhaps I'll add this once we're fully under DebugToolkit.
