Bitbucket connector does not support execute_on_delegate

Expected Behavior

I expect to have an option to use the bitbucket connector via the harness cloud.

Actual Behavior

The option isn't available.

Today, there is no way to set executeOnDelegate for the bitbucket connector. At a minimum, the github connector supports this option. With a bitbucket connector defined in terraform, I changed the delegate execution via the console and ran a terraform plan. Terraform did not recognize that any changes needed to be made.
