Electrum V2 mnemonics support some additional metadata through prefix bits/bytes used in the encoding process as well as input "custom" entropy that is made into a multiplier and can be verified as present by checking the remainder when dividing the "BigInteger" representation of the entropy that generated the word-list.

These metadata checks will likely rely on some additional data exported in the decoded object plus some helper classes/constants.
