not serving downloaded .pkg files?

So, I tried this with termux on my phone- setting up the proxy on my ps5 worked, and I got this url trying to download doom: http://gs2.ww.prod.dl.playstation.net/gs2/appkgo/prod/CUSA15565_00/1/f_d5223d5db4a13ad6ee3847bde08cfe1b4c04d34bebf7c210b3a9167e3a3f4edc/f/EP1003-CUSA15565_00-DOOM199300000000.pkg?&product=0287&serverIpAddr=192.168.178.77&r=00000004

I then visited that link in my browser and placed the pkg file in the data folder, but now when trying to resume the download it keeps failing and the script isn't doing anything
