admin should be able to decide (per tree or for site?):

show only living people
which part of the extended family should be shown (uncles/aunts, grandparents, cousins, ...)

Configuration is done per site, not per tree.

configuration "show all or only living individuals" makes no sense for admin, it should be a filter as mentioned in #18
