[BUG] VMware disks not wiped by installer, fails to install #2066

Heavens to betsy; ran into this same issue on Harvester v1.1.2 using a PXEBoot installation process. Had to CTRL+ALT+F2 and run Sure would be nice if there was a Harvester |

Describe the bug
A fresh install of Harvester 1.0.0 on disks previously consumed by VMware datastores are not cleaned enough to install Harvester on.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
Install completes.
Actual behavior
Installer fails with this error:
grub2-install: error: failed to get canonical path of '/run/cos/target/boot/efi'
SSH into installer shows the following (note sdf1 with TYPE="VMFS_volume_member"):
Support bundle
Unavailable, install doesn't complete.
Resolution
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sd... bs=64M count=100
to remove the VMFS tagEnvironment:
