Searching with matching words instead of phrases #3038

I want to be able to search with matching words instead of phrases. For example, I have the following list:

My project
The project is here
Here is my project

Expected behavior

If I type in the search box "project here". I would see the result below:

The project is here
Here is my project

Environment

Chosen v1.6.2

Is this something that can be done?
