Check Clipboard cleanup

Thank you very much for your emails and work. Sorry for the slow reply, but we've been away travelling.

I can't seem to get the clear clipboard function to work, but maybe I'm not doing the right thing?

I had a look in the settings, but can't see an option there to clear the clipboard.

To test it, I generated an SHA-256 from the text 'hello'.
Then I opened a text editor and pasted the hash into it.
Then I waited for about 30 seconds and pasted again and the paste worked.
Then I waited a few minutes and the paste worked again.
Did I miss something?

I downloaded the latest version from Google Play and if I choose the settings cog it says I'm using version 3.7.1 (97)

My phone is a Mi 11 Ultra running MIUI 12.6 over Android 12.
