Please don't open repeated duplicate issues like this. You can post to the existing closed issues or reopen if you think there is still a problem. Your other example wallet was indeed a blockchain.info wallet and it cracked just fine in both btcrecover(as you had stated) but also in hashcat when extracted correctly. This new test wallet does NOT appear to be a valid blockchain.info wallet as it is not recognized by btcrecover and does not appear to be the right format to be cracked by hashcat or extracted by blockchain2john.py.

The btcrecover issue was solved and posted here:
3rdIteration/btcrecover#216

I think the entropy was changed to 6.9.

The linked issue does not appear to show a solution, just someone with a potentially similar issue.

I tried it it worked. I change the the entropy to 6.9. The btcrecover work.

Bumping this because blockchain v1 do not work in hashcat, btcrecover finds the pass but hashcat does not.
