Store all error and states from Travis

The mixnet in travis quite unstable. The reasons for fails are varied and this is to track a way of storing all the issues for future analysis.

Some of the things we would like to save:

• Environment variables
• Log files
• databases?

When there is failed test in travis we can have a python script that copies all the needed files into a directory with a date that can then later be put in digital ocean spaces (equivalent of s3 buckets).

The DO Spaces deploy is executed from .travis.yml.
