Reproduction Steps

Not able to repro on my local macOS machine running

env GOMAXPROCS=8 gotestsum --format short-verbose --jsonfile TestAgentAntiEntropy_Check_DeferSync.json -- ./agent/local -run TestAgentAntiEntropy_Check_DeferSync -count 1000 -timeout 0

DONE 1000 tests in 2726.957s

Need to try again with make test-flake
