Would be nice to be able to provide a filter when specifying a directory as a file provisioner source (perhaps regex).

Did a little research and it looks like this feature is supported in the underlying Communicator service. I think the third argument to Communicator.UploadDir(dst string, src string, exclude []string) would just have to be exposed as a file provisioner config option.

Dup of #1811, I know that one is newer but is has some more info.
