I can't fathom to explain it, but two separate builds launched roughly at the same time both failed with a "duplicate key pair" error, but were not colliding with each other:

00:00:00.241 ==> amazon-ebs: Creating temporary keypair: packer 526722ca-9acb-0442-f0c5-341eaa209b8e
00:00:01.163 Build 'amazon-ebs' errored: Error creating temporary keypair: Duplicate key found when creating keypair packer 526722ca-9acb-0442-f0c5-341eaa209b8e (InvalidKeyPair.Duplicate)

00:00:00.259 ==> amazon-ebs: Creating temporary keypair: packer 526725b8-9acb-0442-f0c5-341eaa209b8e
00:00:02.288 Build 'amazon-ebs' errored: Error creating temporary keypair: Duplicate key found when creating keypair packer 526725b8-9acb-0442-f0c5-341eaa209b8e (InvalidKeyPair.Duplicate)

Do you have any idea how this could have happened?
