Support for CloudStack

There is a EC2 compatible API, but the native API is quite good and more or less 1:1 with EC2 as far as features required for packer. I could try and hack it myself but I'm a sysadmin by day and I would probably end up hacking it around cloudmonkey.

I want to close this issue because I don't want a bunch of these lying around. I'd like to add support for anything/everything at some point, but keeping the issue open doesn't help that. :) If anyone wants to get started as a plugin, I'd love that.

I'm planning on releasing my little hack as a plugin. We will see where we go from there.

@mindjiver - what is the status of your plugin? Also, what hypervisors will it suppport? I'm particularly interested in 32 bit Xen PV domU (i.e. no HVM).

Please let me know if you would like me to do some testing.

@snowch I have an outstanding PR here: #922 . I have so far only used it with Xen. I'm getting help with testing it from Citrix as well.
