Update aws_dms_endpoint to indicate s3_settings are deprecated

As part of AWS's eventual deprecation of extra_connection_attributes, aws_dms_endpoint is moving away from needing to use extra_connection_attributes by providing separate endpoints, such as aws_dms_s3_endpoint. These new resources do not use extra_connection_attributes, as much as possible, and are less problematic. Therefore, we should deprecate aws_dms_endpoint.*.s3_settings.
