transitgateway_connect_peer: add bgp ip attribute references

Description

Add some BGP IP attribute references to r/ec2_transit_gateway_connect_peer and d/ec2_transit_gateway_connect_peer.

Output from Acceptance Testing

Due to a permissions issue with an AWS account I own, I was unable to run the test properly.
The tests that should have been run are

$ make testacc TESTS=TestAccTransitGateway_serial PKG=ec2
$ make testacc TESTS=TestAccTransitGatewayDataSource_serial PKG=ec2
