Description

aws_rds_cluster_instance does not support blue_green_update. However, we see this is being supported by aws_db_instance. We are hoping to perform a Blue/Green deployment via terraform to the Aurora RDS Cluster to enable low down time upgrade to the cluster. This addition would be useful as we don't want to take the route of click-ops
