[Enhancement]: aws_lb to support Connection Logs

Description

Updating all our aws_lb deployments with Terraform, and I notice that there is an option in AWS for Connection Logs, separate from Access Logs which is presently available. Is it possible to add this to the resource? I couldn't see anyone else raise this, or my searching wasn't as good as it should be, so I'm assuming its a very new AWS feature for the LoadBalancers.
