Add s3_bucket_arn to codeartifact domain resource

Description

The DescribeDomain API returns a value, s3BucketArn, which contains (surprise!) the ARN of the S3 bucket that is used to store package assets for that domain. It would be useful to be able to reference that value in order to allow access to it in various policies (IAM, VPCE, etc.), but right now as far as I can tell it’s not exposed as an attribute of the resource.
