[Enhancement]: Add support for FirewallDomainRedirectionAction on aws_route53_resolver_firewall_rule

Description

There is an option to configure a domain redirection action on a route53 resolver firewall rule:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/APIReference/API_route53resolver_CreateFirewallRule.html#Route53Resolver-route53resolver_CreateFirewallRule-request-FirewallDomainRedirectionAction.

It doesn't appear that this can be set in the current resource. Is this something that could be added?
