AWS - Add Blue/Green Deployments support to CodeDeploy Deployment Groups

Can you add support to BlueGreenDeployment aka In-Place Deployment?

Adding a flag "In-place deployment"/"Blue/green deployment" on aws_codedeploy_deployment_group as described in http://docs.aws.amazon.com/codedeploy/latest/userguide/welcome.html#welcome-deployment-overview

A pull request was submitted for this issue back before the repo split hashicorp/terraform#11700 by @niclic. Any chance of that getting moved over? :)

It would be really great to finally get this PR merged once and for all. If this is something that the committers need to do, then please do it. If this is something I need to do, then some instructions would probably help speed up the process. @stack72

My understanding was that this needs to be rebased on the new separate aws provider repo (this one), as the previous PR was on the main one before the big split.

hmm that mean will work blue/green deployment? cause last time when i try terraform just lost old scaling name and try create new (cause after deployment was terminated old auto scaling group )
