This has been released in version 2.43.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example: provider "azurerm" {

This PR resolves some long standing issues in role_assignment by moving the consistency check into the create retry logic. It also separates tests that have a uniqueness constraint on them for definition/scope combinations.
