Support for the Data Source for azurerm_storage_account to be able to pull the managed identity

Description

Aim is to get the managed identity value from an already created storage account.

Current behavior is :

│ Error: Unsupported attribute
│ 
│   on file.tf line 9, in resource "azurerm_key_vault_access_policy" "example":
│    9:   object_id    = data.azurerm_storage_account.example.identity.0.principal_id
│ 
│ This object has no argument, nested block, or exported attribute named
│ "identity".

If the storage is initiated within the same deployment then the managed identity can be accessed via :
azurerm_storage_account.example.identity.0.principal_id

This value can be pulled out of the azure cli response regarding the storage

Potential fix:
Addition of identity block to the azurerm_storage_account data source.
