Currently for function apps when selecting the
remote_debugging_versionoption, onlyVS2017andVS2019are valid values. However nowVS2022is also available through the API.This PR updates all locations for the function app resources that reference VS2017/VS2019 to include VS2022. Associated documentation is updated as well.
Web Apps will also need this change, but I felt it made sense to leave that for another PR since it is a different service
