Azure has introduced Virtual Network Encryption (Public Preview). Annoucement - Primary Doc - API

Please add the fields to enable vnet encryption on virtual networks.

The issue with this feature being missing is that modifications to VNET automatically disabled VNET Encryption (when turned on via api). This is due to the fast that vnet changes are done via a PUT - and the lack of the vnet encryption parameters is viewed as a disable.
