I'd like this to be reopened because the property is still not available on the corresponding data resource (https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/data-sources/cosmosdb_account). It's pretty common to use a data resource when working with a shared account for multiple environments. |

A friend of mine tried to read the mongodb connection string by using
primary_sql_connection_string, and he was confused when he found this attribute was empty.The connection strings were outputted via
connection_strings, but without descriptions, so he cannot figured out which one is the primary connection string.This pr amended the connection strings for mongodb.
