Description

Managed AD (https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/active_directory_domain) has the option of configuring LDAPS via the API. This is a request to have this configuration created as an additional terraform resources.

This can be done with:
https://cloud.google.com/managed-microsoft-ad/reference/rest/v1/projects.locations.global.domains/getLdapssettings
https://cloud.google.com/managed-microsoft-ad/reference/rest/v1/projects.locations.global.domains/updateLdapssettings
