Request for optional --force flag for vagrant package

For the love of Matsumoto, please provide a --force flag to vagrant package, so that users can conveniently overwrite .BOX files automatically!

Am working on this feature.

Am planning to implement the force flag similar to how its implemented in vagrant destroy:

if the package file already exists, vagrant package will show a prompt
if the package file already exists, vagrant package --force will bypass the prompt and overwrite the package file

Let me know your thoughts.
