Destroying a saved VM simply does not work. It must first discard the saved state.

This issue actually affected a number of other command as well: vagrant halt, vagrant reload in addition to vagrant destroy.

Properly discard VM state if saved on various commands such as destroy [closed by 8ea6d2b]
