Unable to use box centos/stream9

There is bad forwarding set at:
https://app.vagrantup.com/centos/boxes/stream9

During vagrant up:

`$ vagrant up

Hi there,

Unfortunately this issue needs to be addressed by the owner of the centos organization, it's not something we can fix.
