Vault Agent - Consul service registration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like there to be a configuration option for Vault Agent which registers itself as a service within Consul, similar to how Vault server has the option to configure the "service_registration" stanza.

The service_registration stanza, available for Vault Agent.

Describe alternatives you've considered
After installing Vault Agent, manually (or through config management) register a service in Consul for Vault agent.

Additional context
I did try to add the service_registration stanza to my Vault Agent config prior to opening this ticket. Incidentally, Vault Agent did not fail to start up; however it did not register a service in Consul either, or log any attempt to do so.
