Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to restore a 30Gb snapshot, a recurring error message from Vault was simply "failed to read request body". While factually correct, the actual reason was that reading the request body took longer than http_read_timeout.

Describe the solution you'd like
Better error messages. I'm okay being told Vault couldn't read the request body, but I'd love to know why it failed. Timeout? Read error? Etc.
