i have follow your steps , replaced the desktop file , but icon not shown and i got a big logo

i think the error because we use a production , so after update the desktop.py file in frappe , erpnext
you must update your brench to take the new desktop.py files.
so i slove this issue using this command
bench update --patch
after following your steps
