The help text for cabal build and cabal run don't mention that they can be invoked with component targets to build or run particular test suites or benchmarks. Originally reported in #2058.

i think this (too) can be closed now that #2259 is merged.
cabal build help text mentions COMPONENTS argument.
cabal run help text mentions EXECUTABLE argument. note that cabal run cannot be called with testcases (i have not tested with benchmarks; my guess is that it does not work either).
