fgl-arbitrary on Hackage is extremely outdated. #91

The current version on Hackage is 0.2.0.3. It depends on QuickCheck 2.10. I see here in the issue #82 there was a version bump. Can it be uploaded?

+1 for this one. I would be great to have a newer version of the package or at least to have the version bounds updated in order to be able to have the package available via stackage as well.
For instance, fgl-arbitrary is a dependency of graphviz which can't be present in recent LTS versions for the same reason.
