winapi dependency is specified incorrectly

When depending on winapi 0.3 you have to specify which features you need, otherwise you end up with unresolved import errors. https://github.com/retep998/winapi-rs/blob/0.3/README.md#why-am-i-getting-errors-about-unresolved-imports

Errors when building this crate due to forgetting to specify features

error[E0432]: unresolved import `self::winapi::minwindef`

Also you should get rid of your kernel32-sys dependency and migrate all your imports from that over to winapi 0.3 as well.

Damn thats embarrasing. I guess that's what happens when you blindly upgrade dependencies without checking the build. I will publish a new version 0.2.1 which contains the fix.
