With #21 the categories are basically fixed nameless colors. It would be nice to give them a name, change the color, etc.

Add sub-menu to settings with all categories (done in 1.5.0)
Change name of category (done in 1.5.0)
Change color of category
- Optional: Extract color change slider into dialog
Add new category
Remove category
Reorder categories

Questions:

What happens when a category has been deleted but there were notes within this category? Is there a default-category? Should this be prevented?
