pth-660 clicks when hovering

Windows Version: 21h1

Tablet Driver version: V0.2.3

Tablet model: PTH-660

when I use the included pro pen 2, about 1mm after the tablet detects the pen hovering it senses a click but when I use any other pen it is normal and works fine. I don't know if this is an issue with my pen or the software because I use Wacom software everything is normal and no issues there.
EDIT: I realized it also does it with every other pen but not nearly as bad as the pro pen 2
