Already tried reinstalling it (twice) as well as completely wiping the wacom drivers from the computer. It is most definitely connecting to my tablet because it switches to full area when I start using the custom drivers.

Hardware/software information

Windows Version: Windows 10 Pro 1709

Tablet Driver version: 3.0.1.6

Tablet model: Wacom CTL-471

You need to uninstall the Wacom drivers.
Check the issue #1
