Pressing a key while dragging a player puts him in the selected position in the queue

The admin in a room should -- when dragging a player -- be able to put him in the order he wants, example if it's not clear:
I'm admin, the 4vs4 room is full, 16 slots, let's say I want that the last spec become the third one. if I drag him while pressing any key (shift, for example), I can put him in the position I want him in the queue. If i don't press shift, it acts as usual.
