[Task] - Versioned Database Migrations

Currently database migrations are handled automatically via Ent.io's default settings. However, since this application is distributed it would be better to implement versioned database migrations to ensure consistency across installations.

Waiting for a new release. the migration process will be setup in #26 so we should be able to proceed, but we cannot do any migrations until the new release is out.
