Windows installer cannot upgrade old version of SparkleShare #1419

I had SparkleShare 1.0 installed in the system and downloaded SparkleShare 1.2. Its wizard told me that it was not possible to continue because I had to uninstall 1.0 first.

It would be nice that the installer can get rid of old versions.
