windows path have spaces #17

Hi,
In windows's path have spaces, so open_port cannot work.

Can be solved in the following way:

Fullname = have_blank(filename:nativename(filename:absname(Filename))) % in erlport_options 252

have_spaces(FullName) ->
case string:str(FullName, " ") of
0 -> FullName;
_ -> """ ++ FullName ++ """
end.
