Open details views for resources in a drawer

We've had requests for the details views to be opened in a drawer (pane sliding in from the right side) instead of being shown as a different view.
This allows the user to keep the context of the list they've been using, instead of driving them away.

I think that we can implement this feature as an option though, to be off by default, so users can keep the default/familiar behavior for Headlamp if they prefer it.
