Update the Inspektor Gadget related plugins

We want to have a list of plugins soon available for the users to check/use, so let's double check the ones we had already for Inspektor Gadget. We need to see if they still work, if they need to be updated, etc.

These IG plugins are:

• Biolatency
• Traceloops (needs to be updated to use a CR based interaction)
• Seccomp Policies

The idea is that we'll have a new plugins repo within the headlamp-k8s org.

What's the status of this?

Regarding blocked status...

• I guess these can be moved to our plugins repo (maybe updated/modernized) without waiting for any changes from IG side?
• Do any work with existing IG interfaces, or are they all broken?
