Encrypted connections

Hello,

Thanks for your work on the package. I'm trying to connect to a DB that requires an encrypted connection and the provision of a trusted server certificate to connect (e.g. the --ca-cert option when using omnisql). Looking at the documentation of OmniSci.jl, that seems impossible right now.

If so, how hard would it be to implement this? Is this supported at a lower level (e.g. Sockets.jl)?
