Selichot is not listed. The rule rule here is not
simply the shabbat on or before Rosh Hashanah

Here is the correct rule for S'lichot. There must be at
least 4 days between S'lichot and Rosh Hashana. Thus, if
Rosh Hashana is on Wednesday or later in the week, then
S'lichot is the Saturday night before Rosh Hashana. If
Rosh Hashana is Tuesday or earlier in the week, then
S'lichot is bumped one week earlier. That should give you
enough to program this correctly.

Thanks for doing the calendar. Very cool. And yes, you
can consider this another request to add S'lichot to the
list of holidays the program calculates.
